The successful project "Music for Silent Films 2023" will be performed live on three evenings with newly composed and improvised music. The project was awarded the Hessian University Prize for Excellence in Teaching in 2021.
Various short films will be newly set to music by students of the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK) under the direction of Prof. Ralph Abelein. The films come from the four film-making universities of the hFMA network.
