The Textile Expression exhibition is a fashion exploration of the fashion industry. The medium of clothing and fashion design is used to reveal what lies behind the very colossal wasteland that produces our everyday clothing. The aim is to consistently question the practices of clothing production and the production, use as well as handling of textiles. It also presents a perspective on the direction in which our social understanding of clothing has evolved in recent decades. Explicitly the system of "fast fashion" and the processing of animal fur in the fashion world is addressed in this exhibition.
